These terms apply to your use of CinSnacks, provided by Codebyte Tech Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order through the platform you agree to them.

1. The service

CinSnacks is software that lets cinemas and restaurants ("venues") take food and drink orders from a seat or table by QR code, manage their kitchen, staff, inventory and payments, and view reports. We provide the software; we do not prepare or sell the food.

2. Venue accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login details secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and your staff's accounts.
• You must have the authority to register the business you sign up for.

3. Plans, fees and renewal

• Paid plans are charged for the period shown on the plan (for example, a number of days) at the price shown, in the currency shown.
• A plan includes the features listed for it. Features and limits can differ between plans.
• If a plan expires and is not renewed, paid features may be limited or switched off until it is renewed. Your data is not deleted because of that.
• Refunds of plan fees are covered in our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Orders placed by guests

• When a guest orders, the sale is between the guest and the venue. The venue sets its own menu, prices, taxes, availability and preparation times.
• The venue is responsible for the food, its quality and safety, and for fulfilling the order. We are not a party to that sale.
• Guests should check their order before confirming it. Cancellations and refunds are described in the Refund & Return Policy.

5. Payments

• Guests can pay by cash at the seat or table, or by an online method the venue has turned on (for example JazzCash or PayFast).
• Online payments are processed by the payment provider on its own page. Where a venue connects its own merchant account, the money goes to that venue's account and the venue is responsible for it.
• Venues are responsible for keeping their own merchant credentials correct and secure.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the platform. In particular, you must not:

• break the law or sell anything unlawful through the service;
• try to access another venue's data, or interfere with or overload the service;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software, except as the law allows;
• submit false orders, false payments or abusive content.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may carry out maintenance and may change or improve features. Internet, payment-provider and third-party outages are outside our control.

8. Your data

You keep ownership of your venue's data. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or has unpaid fees, and we will tell you why where we can.

10. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, or for the venue's food, service or payment disputes with its guests. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the plan in the three months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
